What products does New-Nutri supply?

We supply a focused portfolio of agricultural input products including:

  • Humic & Fulvic Acids -- Humic Acid, Potassium Humate, Bio Fulvic Acid, Mineral Fulvic Acid, Sodium Humate
  • Biostimulants -- Seaweed Extract, Amino Acid Fertilizers
  • Fertilizers -- Organic NPK, Chemical NPK, Crop-specific blends
  • Chelated Micronutrients -- EDTA and EDDHA series

Both solid and liquid formulations are available across all product lines.

Can I receive a product specification sheet before ordering?

Yes. Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available for all standard products. Submit an inquiry with your product interest and we will send the relevant documentation within one business day.

Are samples available for testing before bulk purchase?

Yes, we provide samples for qualified buyers. Standard samples (100-500 g for solids, 500 ml for liquids) are available at no charge for most products. The buyer covers courier costs. Please allow 3-5 business days for sample dispatch after confirmation.

What active content levels are available for your humic acid products?

Standard grades include Potassium Humate (65%, 70%, 85% Humic Acid), Humic Acid Powder (50-90% HA), and Fulvic Acid (30-95% FA depending on mineral or bio source). Custom content levels can be produced to meet your market registration requirements.

MOQ & Pricing

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product type:

Product Category MOQ
Humic & Fulvic Acids (solid) 1 MT (1 pallet)
Seaweed Extract / Amino Acids 500 kg
NPK Fertilizers 5 MT (FCL preferred)
EDTA / EDDHA Chelates 500 kg
OEM / Custom blends Negotiable (typically 1 MT+)

Mixed container orders may be accommodated -- contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

How is pricing structured -- is it fixed or negotiable?

Pricing is volume-dependent and provided on a per-inquiry basis. We quote CIF, FOB, or EXW depending on your preference. Tiered pricing applies for larger volumes. Long-term supply agreements may qualify for preferential pricing. Please contact us with your target volume and destination port for a formal quotation.

Can I mix different products in one container to meet MOQ?

Yes, mixed container (LCL or FCL) orders are available for buyers wishing to trial multiple product lines. Minimum quantities per SKU still apply, but we can work with you to consolidate shipments efficiently. Inform us of your product mix when requesting a quotation.

Payment Terms

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) -- Most common. 30% deposit, 70% before shipment or against copy of B/L.
  • L/C (Letter of Credit) -- Accepted for orders above USD 20,000. Irrevocable L/C at sight preferred.
  • Western Union / PayPal -- Available for sample payments only.

For established long-term partners, extended payment terms may be available upon credit review.

In which currencies can I pay?

We primarily invoice in USD (US Dollars). EUR and CNY may be accommodated on request. All invoices clearly state the agreed currency and exchange rate terms.

Is a deposit required for first-time orders?

Yes. For new buyers, the standard term is 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% paid prior to shipment or against a scanned copy of the Bill of Lading. This protects both parties and allows production to begin promptly.

Can you support product registration in my country?

Yes. We can provide the technical dossier, composition analysis, safety data sheets, and origin documentation commonly required for agricultural product registration. We have prior experience supporting registration processes in the EU, Brazil, India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Please share your country's specific requirements and we will prepare the appropriate documentation package.

How do you ensure batch-to-batch consistency?

Each production batch undergoes in-house QC testing before release, covering active content, pH, solubility, moisture, and heavy metal limits. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued per batch and provided with every shipment. Third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) can be arranged at buyer's request.

Lead Times & Delivery

What is the typical production and shipment lead time?

Lead times from deposit confirmation to cargo ready:

  • Standard products in stock: 3-7 business days
  • Standard products (production required): 10-20 business days

Ocean freight transit times range from 7 days (Southeast Asia) to 30+ days (South America / East Africa) depending on destination port and routing.

Can urgent or expedited orders be arranged?

For in-stock products, expedited dispatch within 48-72 hours is possible. Air freight is available for urgent small-volume orders. Please contact us directly to discuss your timeline -- we will advise on feasibility and any applicable surcharges.
